Double Diamond Industrial Structures is an Aboriginal-owned company based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. 66% of the company is owned by Athabasca Basin Development LP, 22% is owned by Prince Albert First Nations Business Development LP; 10% is owned by Sturgeon Lake First Nation Development LP, and the remainder is owned by Double Diamond senior management.

The company is owned by the seven communities in Northern Saskatchewan’s Athabasca area. These communities are largely Dene First Nations communities and include Fond du Lac, Stony Rapids, Black Lake, Hatchet Lake, Wollaston Lake, Camsell Portage and Uranium City.

Prince Albert First Nations Business Development LP is an private equity company that selectively investments in profitable businesses that have strong growth potential, experienced management and a strong balance sheet. PAFNBDLP is focused on steadily building a diversified portfolio of business investments that generate above average returns for all business Partners. It is owned by the twelve (12) First Nations that comprise the Prince Albert Grand Council, which includes Black Lake Denesuline First Nation, Fond du Lac Denesuline First Nation and Hatchet Lake Denesuline First Nation.
